PABUCA : Religion

Aujourd’hui, le thème proposé par Pabuca est la RELIGION.

En Centre Bretagne, la religion catholique est encore très présente.

Je n’ai pas réussi à faire un choix entre montrer les signes de l’Eglise et exprimer mon lien spirituel personnel avec « l’au-delà »…

Donc je n’ai pas respecté la règle des trois photos !

Today, the theme proposed by Pabuca is RELIGION.

In Central Brittany, the Catholic religion is still very present.

I couldn’t make a choice between showing signs of the Church and expressing my personnal spiritual link with « the beyond »…

So I didn’t respect the rule of 3 photos !

LOST / VERLOREN / PERDU – PABUCA

J’ai décidé de me rallier au projet PABUCA, The soul of the city.

Je ne vis pas dans une ville ; je me partage entre deux petits villages du Nord Ouest de la France, Canihuel et Gouarec… Mais ce sont surtout les paysages et la nature que j’habite en ce Centre Bretagne. Et eux m’habitent aussi ! J’ai découvert cet endroit il y a six ans, j’en suis tombée profondément amoureuse, et j’en ai fait mon pays de cœur et d’adoption.

Les arbres, les cours d’eau, les prairies, les forêts, les rocs, les animaux sauvages, les lumières, l’atmosphère, tout ça m’a été – et m’est toujours – littéralement vital. La photographie est une façon de célébrer ce que je vois.

 

I decided to join the project : PABUCA, The soul of the city.

I don’t live in a city ; I split my time between two small villages of North West France, Central Brittany, Canihuel and Gouarec … But it is mostly landscapes and nature which I live in. And I’m inhabited by them too! I discovered this place six years ago, I fell deeply in love with it, and I made it my country of heart and adoption.

Trees, rivers, grasslands, forests, rocks, wild animals, lights, mood, all that was – and still is – literally vital to me. Photography is a way to celebrate what I see.
